The Terroir Range is a real walk in the heart of the most beautiful appellations of Languedoc Roussillon. It brings together five cuvées full of character and representative of their appellations with the signature of Aubert & Mathieu, a fresh and gourmet style. We thus find: two Corbières (one softer the other more structured), a Minervois la Livinière, a Terrasses du Larzac and a Côtes du Roussillon Villages Caramany. coolersomm.com
TRIBUTE TO LANGUEDOC ROUSSILLON
This range is above all an ode to the beauty of Languedoc Roussillon. Indeed, thanks to our labels we have honored the work of one of the precursors of the Impressionist movement. Unfortunately, this painter from Montpellier, from the 19th century, died in the prime of life at the age of 28 during the Franco-Prussian conflict.
We salute his remarkable work through our labels.
SINGULARITY AS A MASTERWORD
These vintages are unique because they are very original. In addition, we wanted each to express the true nature of the wine in the bottle.
So we chose a dominant color for each cuvée:
Mint green for Marie Antoinette: it's a wine that looks like velvet. It has a very soft side, it glides on the palate without hanging it and it has a small, quite fresh and very pleasant minty final note.
Poppy red for Côtes du Roussillon Villages Caramany. This wine is a real fruit bomb with cherry, cinnamon and a cranberry finish. We wanted an explosive color to show off its full taste potential.
The plum to symbolize the power of Corbières which takes us into a deep aromatic circle with jammy fruit, tapenade, spices or even garrigue.
Blue is a soft and intense color that clearly shows that our Minervois la Livinière is a wine with character. It is a deep and evolving wine with flavors of chocolates, red fruits and violets.
The very natural bright green of our Terrasses du Larzac expresses its very fresh side with flavors of eucalyptus that are counterbalanced with the power of liquorice and forest fruits such as blackberry.
