A delicate whiff of black fruits. Deep aromas of raspberry jam and blackberries, a nice minerality and a hint of black pepper. We even distinguish tapenade, spices and garrigue. It ends with velvety tannins.

The grapes are harvested at night. Total destemming then maceration for 18
days. Carignan and Syrah are vinified in carbonic maceration. Aged for 12 months.
