Delivery and return

We advise you to go to the site: COLISSIMO with your package tracking code.

We offer delivery from an order of 85 €. (Metropolitan France)

The shipping costs for orders less than 85 euros are €15 (Metropolitan France)

Your package was damaged during transport:

You have accepted the package: Send us a photo of the broken bottle(s) to hello@aubertetmathieu.com so that we can can precede the reshipment of your package.

You have refused the package: Send us an email at hello@aubertetmathieu.com so that we can forward your package.

Payment and purchase

In order to offer you the best experience on our site, all our means of payment are secure.

All transactions made via a credit card are processed by the STRIPE platform. For any request to cancel an order, please send us an email at hello@aubertetmathieu.com

Important: We can cancel the order if and only if it has not yet been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, you can refuse your package. Then send us an email to notify us of this refusal.

We will then refund it.
