Once an order has been confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to apply a promotional code. However, don't hesitate to use your code on your next order!
Was your package damaged during transport?
Send us a photo of the broken bottle(s) to contact@aubertetmathieu.com so that we can reship your package.
If your order is incorrect or incomplete, send us a photo by email to contact@aubertetmathieu.com . We will take care of shipping the missing wines to you.
For any order cancellation requests, please send us an email to contact@aubertetmathieu.com .
Important: We can only cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, you can refuse the package upon delivery. Then inform us of your refusal by email. We will then refund your order.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If this is not the case, send an email to contact@aubertetmathieu.com and we will send you your tracking number.
For the moment, we deliver to mainland France and Europe. But we can't wait to expand to other continents!
If your order is not already on its way, we may still be able to change your delivery address! On the other hand, if our carrier has already taken the route, we can no longer modify it. Send us an email as soon as possible to contact@aubertetmathieu.com for any change request!
