When opening your bottle of wine , you may have good surprises, and other less good ones such as the possibility of having a corked wine . This phenomenon is feared by all wine lovers. In this article, we explain how to know if your wine is corked and how to recover it?

The first characteristic of a corked wine remains the smell. Indeed, the smell of corked wine does not go unnoticed. It smells like cork fumes, damp cardboard, wet earth and musty. It's a very unpleasant smell that can make us want to quickly throw away our bottle of wine. Wine lovers, we do not recommend this technique.
