Baburu - バブル which means Bubble in Japanese was born during a trip to Asia with the desire to create a charming, tender and expressive bubble on the best terroirs of altitude of Limoux(Chardonnay & Chenin Blanc).
Baburu's illustration evokes Japanese culture, spontaneity, gentleness and an ethereal side. Baburu catches the eye and puts Languedoc-Roussillon in a completely modern state of mind.
A first fermentation in vatsand a second directly in the bottle gives rise to fine bubbles which mature on slats for 18 months.
This maturation that brings complexity and tenderness to Baburu. The low dosage of 5 grams per liter allows to balance and bring subtlety to the wine.
The best possible expression of Kisumé, which means a pure obsession with beauty in Japanese, is alcohol-free sparkling rosé wine that reinvents the codes of the moment. Kisumé is the ideal and healthy pop alternative to celebrate without limits.
