We are once again shaking up the lines of wine by teaming up with the brewer Gallia. The result of this collaboration? A drink that looks like us, quirky and unconventional: a Vière. Halfway between wine and beer, this limited edition breathes a wind of modernity that is surprising.
The perfect match: a table with friends, an aperitif that drags on and the Vière Aubert and Mathieu x Gallia.
Subtle blend of Carignan, straight from the best high-altitude vineyards of Languedoc, and barley and wheat malts, this Vière is the reflection of two trades. That of merchant, with Aubert and Mathieu who work to highlight all the richness and diversity of the terroirs of this wine region by working with committed producers, and that of brewer, with Gallia which dusts off the world of beer in France. A complementarity of know-how which gives this limited edition all its character.
Mixture of beer must and wine (carignan) then co-fermentation for 3 weeks.
